Which drink to prefer?<\/p>\n<h2><em>Benefits of tea<\/em><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Cardiovascular system. Tea has a positive effect on the condition of the arteries, helps normalize blood pressure.<\/li>\n<li>Teeth. Tea contains antioxidants that prevent the development of caries.<\/li>\n<li>Bones. Green tea contributes to the prevention of osteoporosis in humans.<\/li>\n<li>Brain. People who drink tea are less likely to suffer from Alzheimer&#8217;s disease. This drink improves a person&#8217;s memory. Also, green tea can increase the ability to concentrate, while also improving alertness and thinking ability.
