Such a problem may be related to anatomical defects, the female immune system, hormonal imbalance, and other negative factors. In most cases, the treatment leads to the restoration of fertility.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>CAUSES<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Violation may occur due to various pathological conditions and congenital anomalies, including, anatomical and topographical changes in the female body that prevent the passage of sperm and egg to the place of fertilization, as well as changes that prevent the normal course of pregnancy. A thorough diagnosis allows you to quickly determine the cause of the illness.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b><u>The main causes of female infertility:<\/u><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Pathology of fallopian tubes. Fertilization of the egg with sperm occurs in fallopian tubes. In the inflammatory process, tubal infertility may occur in this anatomical region;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Endocrine changes associated with diseases of the glands of the inner secretion. Endocrine infertility may be due to a violation of the functions of the ovaries, pituitary, hypothalamus, adrenal glands or other glands. Conception does not occur because of the absence of a mature egg in the fallopian tube (ovulation). Doctors usually call this state of hormonal infertility;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">The formation of adhesions inside the uterus (as a consequence of chronic endometritis, intrauterine interventions) is infertility of uterine origin;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Congenital and acquired anatomical defects of female genital organs, in which full pregnancy is impossible. Unfortunately, congenital infertility is rarely corrected, but it is sometimes possible to conduct surgery to eliminate pathology;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Immunological infertility that occurs due to improper work of protective systems of the body. The immune system of the patient secretes immunoglobulins, attacking sperm;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Genetic infertility characterized by a defect in various DNA regions.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The above causes are only the most common types of female infertility. A popular treatment is the stimulation of ovulation with the use of such drugs as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unitedpharmacies-uk.md\/Choriomon-Human-Chorionic-Gonadotrophin-5000IU-im-sc-1-Vial-p-2666.html\"><span class=\"s2\">Choriomon I.M.\/S.C. 5000IU<\/span><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unitedpharmacies-uk.md\/Clofert-100-Clomifene-Citrate-100mg-5-Tablets-p-1129.html\"><span class=\"s2\">Clofert-100<\/span><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unitedpharmacies-uk.md\/Clofert-50-Clomifene-Citrate-50mg-10-Tablets-p-1130.html\"><span class=\"s2\">Clofert-50<\/span><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unitedpharmacies-uk.md\/Fertomid-Clomifene-Citrate-25mg-10-Tablets-p-450.html\"><span class=\"s2\">Fertomid-25<\/span><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unitedpharmacies-uk.md\/Fertomid-Clomifene-Citrate-50mg-10-Tablets-p-451.html\"><span class=\"s2\">Fertomid-50<\/span><\/a>. The surgical treatment of infertility in women is less common.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b><u>Basic treatment options:<\/u><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Restoration of endocrine balance and improvement of ovarian function. This way you can eliminate hormonal infertility;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Medicinal correction of the immune system with corticosteroids and other drugs. If a woman is diagnosed with autoimmune infertility, this method will help restore reproductive activity;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Elimination of inflammation, sexually transmitted infections or other structural pathologies.
