Uses

Arreno (Aspirin/Dipyridamole) is prescribed to help prevent blood from excessive clotting. It also works to reduce the chance of stroke for patients at risk. This medication comes in the form of a capsule which is taken orally. It contains a combination of aspirin and extended-release dipyridamole, and belongs to a group of drugs called anti-platelet agents.

Please note that this medication does not cure or eliminate the risk of strokes, but rather helps manage the risks, decreasing the chances of them occurring.

Dosage and Administration

Arreno (Aspirin/Dipyridamole) is typically taken twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. The tablet should always be swallowed whole, and never broken, crushed, chewed, or dissolved.

Never abruptly stop taking it as doing so will risk severe side effects. Always consult your physician to plan how you should stop taking this medication, as it should usually be done so gradually.
