Dariten

Dariten (Darifenacin) is an Antimuscarinic drug used to treat overactive bladders by blocking the muscarinic receptor in the bladder. This receptor is responsible for receiving signals that cause the bladder to contract. Patients will notice a decrease in the urgency to urinate and the frequency of urination.

A typical dose is 1 tablet per day, taken alongside plenty of water. Tablets are taken orally, and should be swallowed whole without being chewed, split, or dissolved.

Side effects can occur when a patient is taking Dariten. The most common side effects include upset dry mouth, dry eyes, upset stomach, and weakness.

Some users may experience more serious effects such as itchiness and rash formation, as well as painful urination or problems urinating.
