Description
Milza (Milnacipran Hydrochloride) is used to treat Fibromyalgia and may also be prescribed to treat major depressive disorder. It is a serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI) which reduces the pain associated with fibromyalgia. Some patients report improvements in the conditions after only 1 week of use.
The most commonly prescribed daily dosage of Milza (Milnacipran Hydrochloride) is between 50mg and 100mg, taken over 2 doses per day. It is usually taken on an empty stomach, however it may be taken alongside a meal or snack to ease nausea which may occur.
