Panolog Ointment (Nystatin/Neomycin Sulfate/Thiostrepton/Triamcinolone Acetonide) is a corticosteroid cream used to treat the symptoms of a wide range of skin conditions in dogs and cats. It helps the patient alleviate symptoms such as itchy skin, sore skin, swelling, and red skin.

Panolog Ointment (Nystatin/Neomycin Sulfate/Thiostrepton/Triamcinolone Acetonide) should be used in accordance with the instructions provided by the veterinarian. The frequency of administration depends on the severity of the symptoms, and mild inflammation may be treated once daily, or possibly less frequently (once per week). However, for severe sympotms, 2 to 3 applications per day may be needed. To treat ear infections, you simply clean your pet`s ears and apply 3 to 5 drops of the ointment. If the skin is being treated, clean the area to be treated and apply a thin layer of ointment. Always follow the instructions of the vet.

Some side effects which have occurred as a result of using Panolog Ointment (Nystatin/Neomycin Sulfate/Thiostrepton/Triamcinolone Acetonide) include skin irritation, acne, skin rashes, hives, etc. If you suspect that your dog is suffering from side effects as a result of treatment with this gel, you should take it to a vet.

Panolog Ointment (Nystatin/Neomycin Sulfate/Thiostrepton/Triamcinolone Acetonide) is for dogs or cats only. As with other topical antibiotic/corticosteroid combinations for treating skin ailments, it should not be used if your dog or cat is allergic to the ingredients.
