Peridale

Peridale Granules are used to control the consistency of stools in dogs. This is useful following surgery, in cases of infections of the anus, or when the dog has constipation or diarrhea. Peridale Granules contain sterculia which absorbs water to form a gelatinous mass in the intestine. This encourages peristalsis which allows for easy passage of soft stools.

Peridale Granules should be given according to the bodyweight of the dog.

• Dogs up to 5kg: half a level teaspoonful (1.5g) once daily
• Dogs 5-15kg: one level teaspoonful (3g) once or twice daily
• Dogs over 15kg: one heaped teaspoonful (6g) once or twice daily

The granules can be administered directly on the dogs tongue, or if this is difficult they can be sprinkled over the dogs food.

Each bottle contains 175g of Peridale Granules.

Be sure to maintain an adequate water supply for your dog while giving Peridale Granules.

Store granules in a dry place to avoid moisture uptake.

Always wash your hands after handling Peridale Granules.
