Uses

Flomex-N Eye Drops (Fluorometholone/Neomycin) is a glucocorticoid and corticosteroid with antibiotic benefits. It is prescribed to reduce the symptoms of certain eye conditions, including conjunctivitis, and can also reduce the severity of allergy symptoms such as inflammation, irritation, and itchiness, in addition to being used after certain types of medical procedures to prevent any infection.

Dosage and Administration

Always use Flomex-N Eye Drops (Fluorometholone/Neomycin) as directed by your physician. Do not self-medicate or adjust your dosage by yourself. The typical recommended dose is for 1 to 2 drops, up to 4 times per day. Always finish your complete course of medication even if you begin to feel better. Be sure to recap the bottle after use and wash your hands thoroughly using soap.

Side effects

Notify your physician of any side effects you notice. Possible side effects for patients using Flomex-N Eye Drops (Fluorometholone/Neomycin) are listed below:

Precautions

Once opened, a bottle of eye drop solution is only good for 30 days of use. Dispose of any solution which has been open for more than 30 days and start a new bottle.
