How to improve health of vessels at home?

But some things you can do by yourself:

Also there are many traditional methods. One of them is the recipe with garlic. It is all-purpose vegetable; it “dissolves” cluster of cholesterol in vessels’ walls, helps when you have a SARS, strengthen your immunity and deprives of bacteria and parasites.

The recipes with honey, garlic and lemon. Grind 5 lemons and 5 heads of garlic on mincer and press out the juice with gauze. In filtered juice you need to add half of liter honey and put it in cold place for seven days. Then, eat the ready mixture on half of teaspoon once a day for one month.

Take 5 lemons and 5 garlic cloves, grind all in blender and add 3 liters of cold boiled water. Then, put it in dark place for 36 hours, sometimes mix the contents. The ready tincture keep in fridge. You need to drink it on 100 grams three times a day after eating for 30 days.

Three lemons and an orange wash thoroughly, grind them on mincer or blender, add one glass of honey, mix them, put in dark capacity and put in cold place. Eat half of tablespoon before eating in the morning, in the afternoon and in the evening.

Walnuts are useful and tasty. 1 kilogram of walnuts grind on mincer, add honey in the same amount and put it in the dark place. The mixture is ready. Eat it on 1 teaspoon three times a day 20 minutes before eating.

Herbal infusions are also effective for the improvement of vessels health. You need to take on 1 tablespoon of dried and grinded herbs-St. John’s wort, birch buds, Immortelle Absolute, chamomile and ginger root. All of these mix well, than take half of tablespoon the mix of dried herbs, pour out in glass and add hot boiled water, cover it with towel or table napkin and leave it for half an hour. In ready tincture add 15 grams of honey; take it twice a day, in the morning after waking up and in the evening for one month.
