Skin care

Do you know the three most important stages of facial care? They should be performed daily, for skin of any type, at any age.

  1. Skin cleansing

Makeup should be carefully removed as soon as you return home. This can be done with micellar water or a special lotion. Next, you need to wash with gel or foam and complete the cleansing process with a tonic.

Cleansing is also necessary in the morning – during the night the skin accumulates metabolic products, dust mixed with the remnants of night cream. The procedure is the same as in the evening, except for makeup remover, of course.

Sometimes you can cleanse your skin more deeply by exfoliating. Warning! Do not abuse this method – apply peeling every 2 weeks. This is usually enough to help the dead cells leave the surface of the epidermis.

  1. Moisturizing the skin

Dehydrated skin can be any type of skin, both dry and oily. In winter, the situation is aggravated by heating, in summer – the heat outside and air conditioning in the room. Dry and sensitive skin responds to moisture loss by redness, a feeling of tightness, tingling. Oily skin type can start to react, releasing more and more sebum. A common mistake is to start drying such skin with alcohol lotions and masks in response to increased oiliness. The skin will start to react even more actively and will become more oily.

You can moisturize the skin with a tonic, cream, masks, serums. Make sure that at least one product you use during the day has a moisturizing effect. 1-2 times a week you can moisturize the skin with a mask. Serums are usually used in courses. Moisturizers include hyaluronic acid, aloe extract, snail mucin. These ingredients guarantee a wonderful moisturizing effect.

  1. Protection

Everyone knows that you need to apply sunscreen on the beach. Unfortunately, not everyone knows that you need to protect your skin not only at sea. Ultraviolet light is one of the main factors of skin aging, which is caused by the formation of free radicals in the dermis and leads to the destruction of collagen and photoaging. In any climate, at any time of the year, even in cloudy weather, the skin should be protected with clothing, and exposed areas should be protected with SPF of at least 15, and for sensitive skin at least 30 (Daylong Extreme SPF 50).

Ultraviolet is the enemy not only of our beauty and youth. Exposure to sunlight increases the risk of developing melanoma, the worst fatal skin disease.

On vacation, use special sunscreen (Sunkroma Lotion), and day creams with SPF, make-up (tone, lipstick, lip balm) with a factor of at least 15 all year round.

To these three main points of daily care, you can add skin nutrition. Nourishing creams are most often needed in winter. Anti-aging care, special lotions against inflammatory elements, lightening masks – all this will complement the basic principles of care. Cleansing, moisturizing and protection – 3 basic principles of facial and body care at any age.
